My written appraisals are suitable for insurance and estate
purposes. I can only appraise instruments with the permission
of the owner.
1. All fees are based on the value of the instruments or
bow as determined by Paul Schuback.
2. An appraisal is confidential, and will only be submitted
to the person requesting this service.
3. A verbal appraisal fee costs 1% of the appraised value,
with the minimum cost being $50.00.
4. A written appraisal fee (for insurance purposes) costs
$25 plus 1% of the appraised value, with the minimum cost
being $75.00.
5. Written appraisal update fee (for appraisals formerly
performed by Paul Schuback): 1% of the appraised value increase,
with the minimum cost being $50.00
6. A written appraisal update is recommended every three
to five years.
REPAIR ESTIMATES
7. A written repair estimate is $20.00
8. A written repair bid for insurance purposes is 10% of
the estimated repair amount.
